Terms of Service
How questions and credits work, when they expire, how payment and renewal are handled, and what a reading is — and isn't.
Last updated 5 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and FEI QING YI CONSULTATION (Malaysia) — “we”, “us” — covering your use of Fei QingYi at feiqingyi.com. By creating an account or asking a question, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.
How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
1. Who can use Fei QingYi
You must be 18 or older. You need an account, created either with a one-time email link or by signing in with Google. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account per person; please don't share it.
2. What the service is
Fei QingYi casts a live Qi Men Dun Jia chart (Paipan) and lets you put a question to an AI oracle, which returns a written reading based on that chart. You'll usually be asked for your date of birth and gender, because the reading is calculated from them.
Readings are produced by an automated system. No person reviews a reading before you see it.
3. Readings are guidance, not advice
This section matters more than any other, so it's stated plainly.
A Qi Men Dun Jia reading is offered as material for your own reflection and judgement. It is not professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, psychological or safety advice. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, or predict a guaranteed outcome.
Do not rely on a reading for consequential decisions — anything affecting health, money, legal position, employment, relationships or personal safety. For those, consult a qualified professional. Every decision you make, and everything that follows from it, remains yours.
Because the readings are generated by a language model, they can be mistaken, internally inconsistent, or simply wrong. The same question asked twice may produce different readings. We don't warrant that any reading is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
4. Questions and credits
Each question you send draws one credit from your balance. New accounts receive 3 free credits, which don't expire.
Paid credits arrive as a pool with its own validity period:
| Purchase | Credits | Valid for |
|---|---|---|
| One-time pack | 40 | 30 days |
| Monthly | 40 per period | 30 days |
| Half-Yearly | 260 (240 + 20 bonus) | 180 days |
| Yearly | 510 (480 + 30 bonus) | 365 days |
| Top-up | 3 | 1 day |
| Top-up | 10 | 7 days |
Current prices are shown on the Subscription page. Credits are a licence to use the service — they are not money, have no cash value, and can't be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Credits expire and do not roll over. When a pool's validity period ends, any credits left in it are lost, whether or not you used them. Buying more credits does not extend a pool you already have. Please buy the size that matches how much you'll actually use.
If a reading fails, the credit comes back. When the oracle times out or errors before returning a reading, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. You're only charged for readings you actually receive.
5. Payment
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record — legally, they are the seller for the transaction. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself, and any sales tax or VAT is calculated and remitted by them.
We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Subscriptions and renewal
Monthly, Half-Yearly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period, and your card is charged again, until you cancel. Each renewal adds a fresh pool of credits with a fresh validity period.
You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link in your account, or through the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you. Cancelling stops future renewals — it doesn't end your current period, and credits you've already been granted stay usable until their own expiry date.
If a renewal payment fails, credits aren't granted for that period, and the subscription may lapse.
7. Refunds
Payments are final and we do not offer refunds — for credits, subscription periods, or e-books. Please use the free trial credits and choose a small plan first if you're unsure whether the service suits you.
Two things this does not do. It does not remove rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement — consumers in some places, including the EU and UK, have statutory cancellation rights, and those still apply. And because Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, it may issue a refund at its own discretion under its own policies.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- access the service through scripts, bots, scrapers, or any automated means;
- attempt to bypass, tamper with, or exploit the credit system, rate limits, or authentication;
- resell readings, or run the oracle as a service for other people;
- submit unlawful, abusive, or deliberately harmful content;
- submit other people's personal information without a proper basis for doing so;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service or the systems behind it.
Reasonable limits are enforced automatically — currently around 20 questions per minute per account, and roughly 4,000 characters per question. These exist to keep the service running for everyone and may be adjusted.
9. E-books
E-books bought from the Shop are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a copy on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share them. Files are delivered by Lemon Squeezy to the email address used at checkout.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Fei QingYi running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. It depends on third parties — hosting, payment, and AI providers — and any of them can fail. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give notice on the site where we reasonably can.
Readings are not stored. Closing the tab clears the conversation and we keep no copy, so save anything you want to keep using the Save as PDF control on the Oracle panel.
11. Your questions and our content
Your questions remain yours. By sending one, you give us permission to process it — including passing it to the AI provider described in the Privacy Policy — for the purpose of producing your reading. The reading that comes back is yours to use for your own purposes.
The site itself — its design, text, artwork, and code — belongs to us, and isn't licensed for reuse.
12. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly section 8. Where a breach is minor and fixable, we'll try to raise it with you first. Credits remaining in a closed account are forfeited.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Your rights in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account forfeits any unused credits.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you take in connection with a reading, for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or opportunity.
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Fei QingYi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your own country.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
