Common questions

Each question you send to Fei QingYi AI draws one credit from your balance.
New accounts get 3 free questions, no card required — enough to feel how Fei QingYi AI reads your chart before you choose a plan or pack.
Each pool is valid for its own period (30 / 180 / 365 days) and doesn't roll over once it expires.
The one-time pack ($7.99 / 40 questions / 30 days) is for a single reading with no auto-renew. A subscription is better value if you ask regularly — the longer plans add bonus questions, renew automatically so you never run dry, and the Yearly plan has the lowest cost per month.
Top-ups are small instant packs — 3 questions for $0.99 (1 day) or 10 for $1.99 (7 days) — for when you've used your allowance but have one more pressing question. They stack on top of any active plan.

Open the account menu — your initial, top right of any page — and choose Manage subscription. It's also on the Subscription page when you're signed in. Stripe emails you a link to the billing portal, where cancelling takes one click.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't end the period you've already paid for — the questions you've been granted stay usable until their own expiry date, and you won't be charged again.

To move to a different plan, cancel and then subscribe to the one you want. Any questions left in your old pool stay usable until they expire.
