1. Who we are

Fei QingYi (“we”, “us”) operates this website at feiqingyi.com and is the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

Your email address. To sign in you either request a one-time link by email, or sign in with Google. Where you use Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google — we never see your Google password.

The questions you ask the Oracle. Whatever you type is sent for processing so a reading can be produced. This typically includes your date of birth and gender, because the reading is calculated from them, and often the personal circumstances behind your question. Section 3 explains exactly where that text travels.

Usage records. When a reading is produced we log the time, which credit was spent, and a session identifier — so we can operate your balance and detect abuse. These records deliberately contain neither your question text nor your birth details.

Payment information. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record and process the payment under their own privacy policy. Card details are never sent to us and we never hold them. We receive confirmation of what you bought so we can add credits to your account, and we store your plan, its status and its renewal date.

Technical information. Our host records standard server logs. The site also loads fonts and code libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which means those providers can see your IP address as part of serving those files.

3. How your question is processed

This is the most important thing to understand before you type anything.

When you send a question it travels, over an encrypted connection, from your browser to our server function, then to our workflow service, and then to an external AI provider (OpenRouter, running a Gemma model) which generates the reading and returns it. Your question, including the personal details in it, is processed by that third party in order to answer you.

Please don't include information you would not want processed by an external AI service. A useful question rarely needs medical records, account numbers, passwords, or identifying details about other people.

4. Readings are not stored

We do not keep a copy of your readings. Closing the tab clears the conversation, and because we hold no copy we cannot retrieve one for you afterwards. If a reading matters to you, use the Save as PDF control at the top of the Oracle panel to keep your own copy.

5. What we don't do

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for marketing.

6. Storage in your browser

We store three small values on your device, all purely functional: your light or dark theme preference, whether you left the chat panel expanded, and a temporary session identifier that keeps the Oracle's memory consistent while you're using it.

None of these track you across websites or build a profile, which is why you won't see a cookie consent banner here — there is nothing to consent to beyond what makes the site work. Clearing your browser data removes them.

7. How long we keep things

Your account details, credit balances and subscription records are kept while your account is open, because they're needed to run it. Usage records are retained as a billing and abuse-prevention audit trail. Readings, as described above, are never stored at all.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it along with your account.

To make any of these requests, email fei.qingyi.627@gmail.com. We action deletion requests manually and will confirm once it's done. Note that we may need to keep minimal transaction records where law requires it, and Lemon Squeezy holds its own payment records under its own policy.

Depending on where you live, these rights may arise under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

9. Sensitive information and the nature of readings

Qi Men Dun Jia readings are offered for reflection and personal guidance. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice, are not a diagnosis, and are not a guaranteed outcome — decisions and their consequences remain yours.

Because questions often touch on health, money and relationships, please use your judgement about how much detail you share, keeping section 3 in mind.

10. Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be announced on the site.
